Our Bundle of Boy

I know you've all been dying to meet....

Cooper Wayne Hurliman!

Born 11 June 2012, at 3:54am
8 lbs, 4 oz  21"

(wait...WHAT?  June?)

Yes, June.  So I'm a bit behind.  What's new?

But I swear to you, folks, the night I went into labor with him I was planning on doing a big blog about how our family is bananas, and I was going to finish all the Easter blogs and put up pictures of us monkeying around this Spring.  It fit perfectly because we had been at a little play-gym called Monkey Business all day long for a birthday party, and I was running with the monkey theme in my head.  I swear.  Instead, Cooper decided to grace us with his presence somewhere from 8-15 days early (depending on whose due date you use).

But I digress.

Cooper is here and he is so cute and cuddly and we love him so much...AND he is NINE WEEKS OLD!  Can you believe that?  Nine weeks.  I go back to work in 3 weeks.  Talk about bananas.

Anyway.

Here are some pictures from quite a few weeks ago, back when we were still counting Cooper in days - not weeks.  My good friend Crystal did a great job working with us and him, and got some great pics to show for it.  Here are a few of my faves:

How could you *not* love this shot?

Still so scrunchy!
He's stretched out quite a bit since then :)

She still loves him this much, and kisses him like this
every.  single.  day.

Our three munchkins

Our loving little family of five.
Love this shot :)
If you're friends with the hubs on facebook, you've seen a lot more pictures - too many cute ones to upload here.  But even though these are old-ish, they're still really cute.  Wouldn't you agree?

Life as a family of five is fun - and with an older sister starting Kindergarten soon, another one who is...well...just ELLERY, and a summer jam-packed with activities, life is currently exhausting and busy (hence the lack of blogs!:)  But we're getting on a schedule, getting some sleep, and, most importantly, keeping our heads above water...even if it is just barely :)
